Switches FlowLogger activation to the env flag BROWSERBASE_FLOW_LOGS=1 and removes the verbose: 2 toggle, making pretty stderr logs consistent across environments. Addresses STG-1617.

  • Refactors

    • Pretty stderr sink now activates only when BROWSERBASE_FLOW_LOGS=1.
    • Removed verbose: 2 path; updated comments and unit tests.

  • Migration

    • To enable FlowLogger output, set BROWSERBASE_FLOW_LOGS=1. The verbose option no longer enables it.
