Moves the typescript dev dependency from 7.0.2 to the exact pin 7.1.0-beta (published 2026-10-20, past the repository's 3-day install gate). Only package.json and bun.lock change; the lockfile diff is the typescript entry and its platform packages.
bun run check passes (release check, format, lint, bun --check over 128 files, shell checks), and tsc -p tsconfig.json --noEmit with 7.1.0-beta prints no diagnostics. bun --check uses Bun's own checker, so the pin affects the editor and any direct tsc call, not that step.
