#182 chore: bump typebox to 1.3.37

Bumps the typebox dev dependency from 1.3.36 to 1.3.37 in package.json and bun.lock. Nothing else changes.

typebox is used only by three test files, which compile the project's JSON schemas with it and compare its verdicts against the hand-written validators. It is not a runtime dependency and not in the published package.

What 1.3.37 changes (upstream notes and a diff of the two npm packages): upstream moved its own build and test tooling from Deno to Node and states the release contains no breaking code changes. Against 1.3.36, the published package has 6 added files and 16 changed files (checked here with diff -r of the two installed trees) and no removed files. The changes are comments in the format modules, a constant object in place of an enum in the hashing module, a comment in the English locale file, the readme and three new internal modules. The export map is identical to 1.3.36.

Checked on 2026-10-19:

• 1.3.37 is the last 1.3.x release. npm latest is now 1.4.2 (1.4.0 on 2026-10-16, 1.4.1 and 1.4.2 after), a minor line this PR does not adopt.
• bun test on this branch: 1295 pass, 7 skip, 0 fail.
• bun run check (release version match, oxfmt --check, oxlint --deny-warnings, bun --check type check, check:shell): exit 0.
• The bun.lock integrity value for 1.3.37 equals the one npm publishes.

No release, no publish, and no other dependency changes.
