Moves the typescript dev dependency from 7.0.2 to the exact pin 7.1.0-beta and updates bun.lock. Nothing else changes: tsconfig target and lib, Bun's built-in checker and oxlint-tsgolint are untouched.

Neither npm run typecheck (Bun's built-in checker) nor oxlint's type-aware rules (the bundled tsgolint binary) read this package, so the pin affects only the tsc binary in node_modules. tsc --noEmit -p tsconfig.check.json passes on 7.1.0-beta.

Checks on this branch, all passing:

  • npm run check
  • node --test test/*.test.mjs, bun test test/, bun test skills/
  • npm run check:package -- --bun
  • The checks in the README's Development section pass.
  • No CHANGELOG.md entry: a dev-dependency bump is not user-visible.
  • Nothing names a private project or repository, a local path, a home directory or a credential.
