#451 docs: record the getter fix result and why JS/TS retrieval misses

Adds two paragraphs to the gap register in the survey doc.

• Section 6.1: the measured result of #450 on hono (469 to 472 of 706 oracle edges; 74 edges added, none removed). The earlier estimate of up to 3 points was too high, and the doc says why.
• Section 6.2: what the 19 zero-coverage JavaScript and TypeScript instances show. The needed files are indexed, an identifier-only query adds 4 of 58 files, and one report quotes text found verbatim in a needed file.

Docs only. The numbers are from the runs described in #450 and a re-fetch of the 19 base trees.
