Write the legal name as 37signals LLC in the Smithy plugin headers

The company's legal name is written exactly 37signals LLC — never 37signals, LLC, Basecamp or Basecamp, LLC. A sweep of this repo for the wrong forms (37signals,, Basecamp,? LLC) finds five source headers in smithy-bare-arrays/, the Smithy plugin every SDK builds via make smithy-mapper, all reading Copyright Basecamp, LLC. This PR corrects them.

Everything else is clean: seed/**, actions/**, the README/SECURITY/CONTRIBUTING templates and the prompts carry no legal-entity name, and the repo ships no LICENSE template (each SDK's licence file is its own).

No workflow runs here until #11 lands; the change is comment text in five Java files.
