Stamps nix/package.nix and .claude-plugin/plugin.json with 1.10.0 for v1.10.0.

Opened by scripts/release.sh: main takes changes only through pull requests, and a stable tag must point at a commit that carries its version. Once this is merged, running make release VERSION=1.10.0 again from an up-to-date main finds the metadata stamped and pushes only the tag.
