Add whole-box support to hey seen
Adds hey seen --box <name|id> for the whole-box part of #180. Targets resolve like hey box view, using the existing SDK operation. Box targets and item IDs are mutually exclusive; existing ID-based behavior is unchanged.
The acknowledgment says the work was queued. Help, documentation, agent guidance, API coverage, and .surface are updated.
make check, make build, and focused seen/unseen race tests passed. The root-command feature test fails on 27f10fa with unknown flag: --box and passes with this change. Tests use local HTTP fixtures; the optional callback-preview test was skipped. No live HEY account was used.
Question for Jeremy: with linked accounts in the default All Accounts view, which accounts' postings does POST /boxes/{id}/observation.json affect? Does filtered_account_id restrict that mutation, and should --box require an explicit account in some cases?
The patch retains existing account selection. Multi-account server behavior remains unverified; tests cover request construction only.
