Add TimesheetService for timesheet reports

Implements timesheet report functionality with three methods:
- Report: Account-wide timesheet report
- ProjectReport: Project-specific timesheet report
- RecordingReport: Recording-specific timesheet report
All methods support filtering by date range (from/to) and person ID.
