Update nix flake and plugin version for v0.14.0

Release metadata for v0.14.0, produced by the release script's own steps (scripts/update-nix-flake.sh 0.14.0, scripts/stamp-plugin-version.sh and scripts/stamp-codex-plugin-version.sh):

  • nix/package.nix version 0.13.2 → 0.14.0. Dependencies changed since v0.13.2 (SDK v0.26.0), so the script built the flake in the pinned nixos/nix image. The vendorHash set in #913 is verified unchanged, and the build succeeded.
  • .claude-plugin/plugin.json and .codex-plugin/plugin.json stamped 0.14.0.

make release-check (check, replace-check, govulncheck, race tests, surface compatibility) passed on a clean clone of main at 3776fcd. This goes in as a PR rather than the script's direct push to main, as with #894. After it merges, make release VERSION=0.14.0 from main finds the metadata in place and only creates and pushes the tag.
