#159 Upgrade to v0.17.0 chain dependencies

Summary

• Bump github.com/allora-network/allora-chain from the v0.16.1 pseudo-version to the released v0.17.0.
• Drop the temporary replace directive that pinned the unreleased v10/classification chain code (no longer needed now that v0.17.0 is released).

This aligns the node's chain dependency with the v0.17.0 chain it is deployed against (see the flux-infra testnet rollout, where the node-init allora-chain image is v0.17.0). The v0.14.0 release tag notes it runs "w/ chain v0.17.0", but go.mod still pointed at the v0.16.1 pseudo-version; this closes that gap.

Changes

• go.mod: allora-chain v0.16.0 -> v0.17.0, removed replace ... => ...v0.16.1-0.20260602135805-81f3d7a7ea69.
• go.sum: updated checksums (chain module go.mod hash is unchanged, i.e. same lineage).
