I'm the author. Guard Core JVM is a framework-free request security engine published to Maven Central (com.guard-core:guard-core, latest 4.4.0) with Spring Boot and Ktor adapters. Its distinguishing value is that it runs the same detection rules and shares the same Redis rate-limit and ban state as the project's Python, Go, Rust, PHP and TypeScript engines, so a mixed-language fleet enforces one policy.
Summary by cubic
Adds Guard Core JVM to the Security libraries section of README_SOURCE.md.
The entry highlights that it runs the same detection rules and shares Redis rate-limit and ban state as the project's Python, Go, Rust, PHP, and TypeScript engines, so a mixed-language fleet enforces one consistent policy.
Project background: Guard Core's first library is fastapi-guard, public since August 2024 (first PyPI release, 0.1.0, on 2024-08-26). It has 825 GitHub stars, 65 releases and about 62,000 PyPI downloads in the last month (pypistats.org). The framework-agnostic engines and the adapters for other frameworks and languages came later and run the same detection rules, checked in CI against shared conformance fixtures.
