V3.2 — Signed architecture planning candidate, NOT execution authority
This is a fresh signed+DCO, current-main replacement for the
historical unsigned/no-DCO PR #187. It restores the substantive
V3.2 architectural source audit, gap ledger, planned full review
journey, identity/algebra, D1 comparator qualification, product/UX,
research corpus and phase roadmap as planning only, together
with a dated authoritative reconciliation of the changed live
frontier. Canonical V2 remains the only execution authority.
Controlled scope
- Ten proposed V3.2 audit/plan/research documents copied as
source proposals, one 2026-10-10 current-frontier reconciliation,
and an append-only pointer in docs/COMMAND_F_PLAN_INDEX.md.
Precisely 12 changed documentation/research paths. - No source code, Cargo manifests/lock, workflows, donors, AF-02
verifier/frozen authority, active GitHub rulesets or release
implementation modified. No root redistribution license,
certification or security PASS claims. - The original 2026-10-08 snapshot is preserved as dated
historical evidence, not falsely presented as live GitHub state.
Reconciliation against actual 2026-10-10 main
- Live G53 is already the founder-adopted zero-human-approval
GitHub governance policy (PR #223). Old proposed V3.2 G53
explanation/accessibility work is renamed proposed G55,
eliminating an actual numbering/authority collision. - Normal guarded PR merge, signed+DCO and exact-head rust,
assurance-proof, scorecard still apply. No mandatory human
or Code Owner approval remains. Optional OCR/Jev/reviews are
NOT_RUN unless truly executed. - G51 five-file planning Spec Kit merged signed in PR #225.
Its bootstrap verifier/FD-1 exception and separate FD-2
ruleset adoption are NOT approved or implemented. - Partial review-preview CLI (PR #211) and user README (PR #224)
are now implemented. Full multi-consumer review, atomic
receipts, Studio, version coverage and stable release are NOT. - Current investigations #100, #215, #214, #221, and #15
remain open: no fabricated source-digest equivalence or
review of unavailable provider evidence.
Qualification and historical replacement
- Exact candidate head 13244a0b4c86f96d6ea17c54f936a282c139ad8a:
GitHub verified signed commit, DCO true, and only the 12
bounded documents modified. - Checked Markdown heading/code-fence balance and G53/G55
distinction; git diff --check PASS. - Await all exact-head technical CI and post-merge assurance.
The optional Cubic review service may return NEUTRAL due
quota; that is NOT_RUN, not review PASS, and not a Rust gate. - Original unsigned PR #187 must not be merged or rewritten.
This is a new commit, not a rebase or force push. - Merging this PR must not activate a V3.2 implementation
phase or grant any founder decision. Any actual migration
requires its own specific proposal, review of current rules,
explicit authorization and separate exact-head technical CI.
Summary by cubic
Restores the V3.2 architectural audit and master-plan as a signed, planning-only candidate with a dated reconciliation of the changed live frontier. Canonical V2 remains the only execution authority; merging this PR authorizes no implementation or founder decision.
- Adds ten proposed audit/plan/research documents, one 2026-10-10 frontier reconciliation, and an append-only index pointer — 12 documentation paths, no code or workflow changes.
- Preserves the 2026-10-08 snapshot as dated historical evidence, not current GitHub state.
- Keeps the gap ledger, identity/algebra, D1 comparator qualification, product/UX, research corpus, and phase roadmap as proposals only.
- Supersedes the unsigned historical PR #187 without rewriting history.
Reconciliation with live main
- Live G53 is already the founder-adopted zero-human-approval governance policy (PR #223); the old proposed G53 work is renamed proposed G55 to avoid the numbering/authority collision.
- G51 planning Spec Kit, README, and review-preview are recorded as merged; bootstrap verifier (FD-1/FD-2), protected AF-02 changes, full multi-consumer review, and stable release remain unqualified and unapproved.
