Intent

Record Tencent/SkillHone and Tencent/LoopForge as qualified prior-art sources for future Diffcipline consideration without changing runtime behavior or activating new features.

Scope

  • update ACKNOWLEDGMENTS.md with bounded source fit, observed revisions, licenses, and adoption boundaries;
  • add the separately authorized source-qualification maintenance record.

Risk

Documentation-only. No CLI, Agent Skill, GitHub Action, workflow, dependency, benchmark, release, tag, or completed-spec behavior is changed.
