feat: add compact split torrent workspace
Summary
The torrent library currently places the selected torrent below the table. Replace this with a compact list beside a persistent detail inspector, giving the list more width than the details on desktop and stacking the panels on smaller screens.
- Keep the existing compact header, automation and add actions, and original status icons with progress rings.
- Show destination paths in All torrents and allow searching by torrent name, destination name, or path.
- Adapt file priorities and file actions to the narrower inspector, preserving the existing detail tabs and torrent controls.

Browser validation: 32 checks passed with real local demo torrents, covering selection, pause/resume, file priorities, search, filters, sorting, dialogs, and destination navigation. Layouts from 320 to 1440 px have no page overflow or browser runtime errors. Native packaging and manual native UI checks were not run.
Summary by cubic
Replaces the torrent table with a compact list beside a persistent detail inspector, giving the list more width than the details on desktop and stacking the panels on smaller screens.
Details
- In All torrents, rows show the destination, and search matches torrent names plus destination names and paths.
- File priorities, actions, and detail tabs are adapted to the narrower inspector, and
useDetailActionsnow exposes pause/resume. - Desktop update checks now read the manifest directly from the native layer, avoiding GitHub API rate limits, and update downloads show live progress in the sidebar and panel.
- The player gains audio/subtitle track menus and a seek feedback overlay; completed files are opened with file-caching.
- The catalog download test now waits for seeding status, since received bytes can reach 100% before verification and disk writes finish.
