refactor: move select item ellipsis to rcx-input-box__item

Resolves the TODO move to .rcx-input-box in Select.styles.scss. The text-ellipsis rule for the select's displayed value now lives in InputBox.styles.scss as .rcx-input-box__item, next to __placeholder and __option. SelectLegacy and PaginatedSelect use the new class instead of rcx-select__item, and the old block is removed.
The compiled rule is the same as before (overflow: hidden; text-overflow: ellipsis), so nothing should look different. The ABAC RoomFormAttributeField snapshot is updated for the new class name. I added a patch changeset because the class name on a published component changes. No screenshots since there's no visual change.

Steps to test or reproduce
Open the SelectLegacy and PaginatedSelect stories in Storybook, pick an option with a long label in a narrow select, and check that the value is still truncated with an ellipsis. The span now has rcx-input-box__item instead of rcx-select__item.
Further comments
The new rule only adds the ellipsis, like the old one did. Font scale and color still come from the Box props in each component.
