#42832 feat: apply `Item` in room files, omnichannel, Outlook and ongoing call lists

Renders these lists with the Item components already on develop, replacing their hand-built Box rows:

• room files contextual bar (image rows open the gallery from any part of the row)
• omnichannel contact info channels and history, and canned responses
• Outlook events
• ongoing calls

Issue(s)

Split from #42520. These rows don't use Option or the Sidebar components, so they don't depend on the fuselage changes in #42818, #42819 or #42820 and can merge on their own.

Steps to test or reproduce

Open a room's Files contextual bar, an omnichannel contact's Channels and History tabs, the canned responses list, the Outlook calendar events list and the ongoing calls dropdown. Check the rows with a keyboard and a screen reader.

Built on #42830 (ITEM_MEDIA_SIZE), whose commit sits at the bottom until it lands. Snapshots for RoomFiles, CallListItem and OngoingCallsDropdown were regenerated.
