When a voice call comes in while the Desktop app is minimized, the OS notification alone is easy to miss. This sets the new restoreWindow flag on the incoming call desktop notification so the Desktop app restores and focuses its window.

  • restoreWindow?: boolean added to CustomNotificationOptions in @rocket.chat/desktop-api
  • useDesktopNotifications (ui-voip) sends restoreWindow: true for incoming calls
  • Changeset included

The flag is opt-in and ignored by Desktop versions that don't support it, so there is no behavior change for older clients.
