#40270 chore(deps): bump xmldom and related deps

Proposed changes (including videos or screenshots)

Bump dependencies to solve CVEs. Also change apps/meteor/app/meteor-accounts-saml/server/lib/parsers/Response.ts to ensure the old behavior is supported and it doesn't break anything.
