#4263 feat(host): a task's and an agent's write is confirmed once its transaction arrives on the followed task list

Stack 2 · Task list and automations, piece 5 of 10. Stacked on #3276 (luke/neon-realtime-plan-list-host). Below that: #4259 → #3269 → #3265 → luke/live-tx-wait (P).

The desktop now confirms a write only once the live task list shows it, as Neon's mutations guide says. The task-list follow hands its TxWait (P5's onTxWait in live-follow.ts, not a copy) to compose-tasks.

Before answering the window, these writes wait for their txid on the followed list, for at most 10 s:

• Task writes: start, rename, standing, pin, archive, move, set repository, delete.
• Agent writes: start, rename, archive, pin. compose-host hands compose-coding-agents the same wait (listed).

A write that changed nothing, or one made while the list isn't subscribed yet, waits for nothing.

Test: a rename is answered only once its transaction arrives on the list, and a rename that changed nothing is answered at once. Removing the wait makes this test fail.
