Summary
- Add normalized provider-neutral session, attention, and capability models.
- Use enum-style constant objects for fixed session and control values, with derived TypeScript unions.
- Store provider-local session identities in nested maps and ignore stale overlapping refreshes, with coverage for normalization, refreshes, isolation, and malformed snapshots.
