refactor(desktop): drop the Quit Luke buttons now that Luke is a full desktop app

Luke is a full desktop app with a menu bar, so the app menu's Quit Luke (⌘Q) is the way out. This removes the in-window Quit buttons:

  • Sign-in gate: the "Quit Luke" footnote under the provider buttons is gone; the gate offers only Continue with Google / GitHub.
  • Settings front page: the "Quit Luke" button below Account is gone.
  • Settings search: the "Quit Luke" row is gone, so searching "quit" finds nothing.
  • Dead code left behind: the window.quit act (kind, declaration, router row, test fixture), PowerIcon, the onQuit props, the SETTINGS_SEARCH_ROW.QUIT anchor, and the .sign-in-quit / .quit-button CSS. The tests that used window.quit as their sample payload-less act now use window.focusPanel.

The app menu's { role: "quit" } and the main process's own quit paths (all windows closed, update restart, shutdown) are unchanged.

Tests

  • sign-in-gate.test.ts (new): the gate draws only the two provider buttons.
  • desktop-settings.test.ts: the Settings front page draws no Quit button.
  • settings-search.test.ts: searching "quit" matches no row.

All three fail on main and pass here. ./scripts/check.sh exits 0.

Mac verification

CI could not verify this. It is a UI change and CI builds nothing for the Mac. This was written in a Linux sandbox, so ./scripts/verify.sh has not been run, and there is no visual evidence. The change only deletes markup and the CSS rules that styled it.
