Planning calls ask one question at a time

Summary

  • Planning model (apps/web/server/hosted/brain-host/planning.ts): it used to ask the whole frontier as one numbered round. Now it hands Luke only the next question with its recommended answer, and keeps the rest of the frontier in each reply under "Still to ask". The model sees its own past replies, so the unasked questions come back every turn. It keeps each question on the list until the user has answered it.
  • Voice (packages/live/src/instructions.ts): the planning role line now says this is a real spoken conversation, so ask one question at a time and wait for the answer.
  • The header comment no longer claims "How to plan" is Matt Pocock's skill word for word. It says "adapted from" and explains the change.

Evidence

  • ./scripts/check.sh green.
  • No test added. This is prompt wording only, and a test of the string would be a change-detector.
  • CI could not verify the behavior. Not tried on a live planning call yet. Still to check: Luke asks one question per turn, and nothing drops off "Still to ask".
  • ./scripts/verify.sh: not run. There is no Mac or UI change.
