The planning instructions' "How to plan" section is now the text of Matt Pocock's grilling skill (SKILL.md @ c55ee46), copied word for word, credited in the constant's comment under its MIT license.
Left out: the written round template (ā/ā”ļø), since a round is spoken, and the sub-agent clauses, since the planning model reads the repository through get_file_contents. The "What to cover" list is removed because the fixed template already requires every field. docs/PLANNING.md step 3 now describes rounds instead of one question at a time.
No test added: the change is prompt text, and a test over it would be a change detector. ./scripts/check.sh exits 0. No Mac or UI change.
