#128 refactor(sessions): split display urgency from status and name recaps

Summary

• Move the display value set out of fixtures into session-display.ts as branded SESSION_URGENCY, so production surfaces no longer depend on fixture types and SESSION_STATUS.WORKING cannot typecheck as display urgency.
• Rename the provider-owned field from summary to recap (adapters, attention updates, voice roster, row detail) so the code matches CLAUDE.md. Spoken evaluator output stays summary.

Evidence

• Platform-independent checks: passed (./scripts/check.sh)
• macOS Electron verification (./scripts/verify.sh): not run — portable-only rename; data-state still carries the same strings

Test plan

• Confirm a live session still ranks by urgency and paints the same data-state accents
• Confirm a Conductor/Claude Code recap still shows on the row and still reaches the attention prompt as Session recap
