The input skills stop copying test documents into a method's folder: a user's file is uploaded to Files where it lies and named in inputs.json by its pipelex-storage:// address, synthetic files are made in a temporary directory and uploaded as test files, and a method's folder gets no inputs.prepared.json. A method's copies can therefore never ship in a built wheel or travel with its tree. A lab case, lab/<method>/cases/<case>/, is the one exception: it keeps its committed copies and its prepared file, recognised by its location as well as by the lab's request.
