Adds the image_card package, whose generate_image_card pipe generates an image from a text description with the deck's small image model, @default-small, then composes an HTML page showing the image and its description side by side, stacking them on narrow screens. Its image step is image_generation_fast's generate_image inlined, since a package must not reference another package's pipes. It validates, a real run of the sample produced the expected page, and a round-1 /rev pass converged clean.
