fix(desktop): name the macOS installer Paradev

What changes

  • dmg.artifactName in apps/desktop/electron-builder.ts: the installer is now Paradev-<version>-<arch>.dmg. The -mac.zip update archive keeps its name, so the auto-update feed is unchanged.
  • release-desktop.yml publishes the stable Paradev-<arch>.dmg copy and keeps Superset-<arch>.dmg, so old links and deployed sites keep working.

Not in this PR

  • Superset.app bundle name: needs the productName change, which moves userData, logs and the keychain entry and changes the Squirrel update path. Needs its own cutover plan and data migration.
  • Sign-in callback host: app.superset.sh is pinned on purpose until the host-aware auth work in plans/20261026-app-domain-move.md ships.
  • Download links (DOWNLOAD_URL_MAC_*, README, docs, RELEASE.md): still point at Superset-*.dmg. Switching before a release publishes Paradev-*.dmg would 404 the Download button. Follow-up after the next release.

Verification

Biome passes on the changed file. I did not run a packaged build or the release workflow, so the new filename is unverified until a release runs.

Summary by cubic

Names the macOS installer Paradev-<version>-<arch>.dmg so the distributed app matches the Paradev branding. The release workflow publishes both Paradev-<arch>.dmg and legacy Superset-<arch>.dmg stable copies, so existing download links keep working.

Not in this PR

  • The -mac.zip update archive keeps its name, so the auto-update feed is unchanged.
  • The Superset.app bundle name stays until the productName change ships with its own migration plan for userData, logs, keychain entry, and the Squirrel update path.
  • The sign-in callback host remains app.superset.sh until host-aware auth lands.
  • Download links still point at Superset-*.dmg; switching them before a release would 404 the Download button, so they follow after the next release.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Updates
    • macOS installer downloads now use filenames that include the Paradev product name, version, and architecture.
    • Architecture-specific Superset-named installer copies remain available for existing download links.
