fix(connectors): request Autumn rewards scopes
What
Adds rewards:read and rewards:write to the autumn_mcp connector's OAuth scopes.
Why
The Autumn plugin's reward and promo-code tools (listRewards, createReward, updateCatalog with rewards) return 403 Insufficient scopes. Missing: rewards:read, because the grant never asks for those scopes. Reconnecting doesn't help: the scopes come from this list. This blocked changing the SHORTLISTMCR promo code for an event partner.
Rollout
Existing Autumn connections keep their old grant. Each user has to reconnect Autumn after this deploys to get the new scopes.
Related: SUPER-3064 (CLI plugins connect autumn reports "not installed", so reconnecting has to go through the desktop app for now).
