docs(changelog): credit @tmcleroy for the macOS and Linux builds

Summary

The 0.6.0 Beta RC1 entries for the macOS build (#99) and the Linux and Steam Deck build (#103) did not name their author. Both now read "by @tmcleroy", matching how the 0.6.0 section credits #112, #117, #120, #121, #126, #141 and @g-freeks for #158. Every merged PR by an outside contributor is now credited in CHANGELOG.md.

Verification

  • Checked every merged PR not authored by NoRain211 (gh pr list --state merged) against CHANGELOG.md.
