Unblocks production sign-in, shrinks the sandbox footprint, and tidies the repo front door.

Fixes

  • OAuth was returning internal_server_error in production. better-auth 1.7 requires an account.issuer column the Drizzle schema does not have. Pinned to ~1.6.22, which is past the pre-account-hijacking advisory (GHSA-qq9h-g4jm-xgf3) but before the 1.7 schema change. Migrating the schema forward is separate work: it needs a backfill of a required column and a new unique index on live rows.

Sandbox

  • Snapshot animus-manim:0.9.1, down from 10GiB/4GiB to 7GiB disk, 3GiB memory
  • On the current Daytona tier that moves the ceiling from 3 stored and 2 concurrent sandboxes to 4 stored and 3 concurrent
  • Tags are immutable, so 0.9.0 (7GiB disk, 4GiB memory) exists and is superseded

Readme

  • Restructured into bullets and tables; same detail, far less prose
  • Added studio and agent-loop screenshots, cropped so the card fills 80% of the frame in both
  • Fixed the logo/title alignment, dropped a stray divider, gave the stack table a header
  • Replaced the Claude Code comparison table with what persistence actually buys the user

Repo

  • Removed CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and .vscode/
  • Auth page now quotes Marie Curie instead of a placeholder testimonial

Not in this PR

  • Preview deployments have no API since the /api rewrite was dropped last PR: VITE_API_URL is set for Production only. Needs a decision, not a patch.
  • isUIMessage accepts any string role, so a client can inject a system message.
  • Sandbox resume() replaces a sandbox on any error, orphaning the old one and losing the conversation's files.
