Releases sql-fs-api 1.2.0 from the three pending changesets (#268, #270).

  • CHANGELOG.md: new 1.2.0 section generated by pnpm changeset:version.
  • package.json, README.md badge, src/api/openapi-spec.ts: 1.1.1 → 1.2.0.
  • The consumed changesets are removed. The lockfile is unchanged.

Client-visible changes in 1.2.0:

  • Workers are on by default. Set SQL_FS_WORKERS_ENABLED=false to keep inline mode. Values other than true or false stop startup.
  • Inline mode caps exec output at SQL_FS_WORKER_OUTPUT_BYTES (64 MiB), down from 256 MiB.
  • A deployment that runs with workers off must upgrade in two stages. docs/CONFIGURATION.md describes the rollout.
  • Shutdown no longer hangs until the 60 s force exit when an MCP listener stream is open.

Verification: pnpm check passes on a clean checkout (2334 and 154 tests).
