feat: add inter-pod viewer transport connection

Adds cross-pod support for viewer transport connection so viewers can connect to transports on the pod that owns the room, instead of failing when the socket's pod differs.

  • Checks the Redis room's node ID; if the room is on another pod, publishes a connectViewerTransport command via Redis pub/sub.
  • Implements handling of that command in podConnection.ts to call connectConsumerTransport on the target pod.
  • Adds a 5-second timeout and acknowledges TRANSPORT_CONNECTION_FAILED if the remote pod doesn't respond.
  • Documents the new flow in docs/MultiplePodSignaling/connectViewerTransport.md.
  • Closes #73.
