  • Preserves the existing Python 3.12 selections, pip cache options, lockfile inputs, matrix, and workflow behavior; the only diffs are the 22 action-pin/version annotations.
  • Upstream v7.1.0 still uses Node.js 24, the same runtime as v7.0.0, and GitHub-hosted ubuntu-latest runners meet its minimum runner requirement (2.327.1). No new major-version migration is introduced by this PR.
  • Updated once more after CodeQL #837 merged: 06cfe4d reconciles the branch with master@881dee0 and retains only the 22 setup-python action pin updates; zero commits behind and no unresolved threads.
