Release workflow: attach APK to a release created from the GitHub UI

Summary

Creating v0.1.0 from GitHub's "Draft a new release" page creates the release (and tag) before the release workflow runs, so gh release create fails with "already exists". This lets the workflow upload the APK into that existing release, so releases can be cut from the web UI as well as by pushing a tag.

Changes

  • .github/workflows/release.yml: if a release for the tag already exists, gh release upload the APK into it; otherwise create the release as before.

Testing

  • actionlint clean on release.yml
  • Build passes (./gradlew assembleDebug): via Android CI
  • Unit tests pass (./gradlew testDebugUnitTest): via Android CI
  • Lint passes (./gradlew lintDebug): via Android CI

Fixes the release workflow so releases can be cut from GitHub's web UI as well as by pushing a tag. Creating a release from the UI creates the tag and release before the workflow runs, so gh release create failed with "already exists"; the workflow now checks for an existing release and uploads the APK into it instead.
