Updates the active repository roadmap so development has a clear finite endpoint.

ROADMAP.mdaround the current 2026 repository state; - records the completed presentation-infrastructure work;
- lists the completed causal-inference expansion;
- defines the remaining causal-inference work as:
- PR #125 — Partial Identification and Bounds;
- Principal Stratification and Post-Treatment Variables;
- Time-Varying Treatments and Marginal Structural Models;
- one final causal-inference consolidation PR;
- adds an explicit hard stop after consolidation;
- defines maintenance mode for the causal-inference domain;
- adds a finite process for any future domain expansion;
- links the active roadmap from the root README.
