#941 Update customer social proof to 7,800+

Summary

• Update shared marketing copy from 3500+ / Companies to 7,800+ / Customers.
• This feeds the homepage hero stats bar and the companies-logo social proof section.

Changes

• apps/shared/copy/messages.ts: companies_logo_stat_companies_value → 7,800+, label → Customers
• apps/web/src/components/Hero.astro: comment updated to match

Test plan

• Confirm homepage hero shows 7,800+ Customers
• Confirm companies logo section stats show the same value/label
• Spot-check a translated locale once the edge worker picks up English source copy
