fix(web): end live-update daily series on last complete UTC day

Problem
On /data the last sparkline bar was always empty (grey). The daily query excludes the current UTC day, but the 90-day rows and 30-day sparkline ended on today. Result: 29 real days in the sparkline and the oldest queried day dropped from the 3M chart.
Fix
Build daily_platforms and daily_platforms_sparkline ending on yesterday (last complete UTC day), matching the query window. Tests updated.
