PR preview uploads and cleanup pinned CLI 8.73.0, which predates the manifest upload authorization API. They now invoke @capgo/cli@latest so npm's published latest release is selected on each run, matching the existing release and native-build workflows.

Validation: project lint passes; all 22 workflow YAML files parse; no numbered @capgo/cli pins remain in .github/workflows. Running the exact bunx @capgo/cli@latest --version command returned 8.83.0, matching npm's current dist-tags.latest (the resolved number is not stored in CI).

Bun's documented behavior: an explicit version/tag bypasses the local package, and @latest queries the registry on each run. No application code or dependency lockfile changes.
