MOTD + server icon guides: add an alternative free browser tool

Small additions to two guides, nothing removed or replaced:

  • motd.md: next to the mctools.org MOTD creator, mention the BestMCServerList MOTD designer. It outputs the server.properties line (with \u00A7 escapes) and also MiniMessage, so I added a half sentence to the MiniMOTD step too.
  • icon.md: a :::tip before step 1 pointing to a server icon maker that exports a ready 64x64 server-icon.png, so readers can skip the cropping steps. The genfavicon.com walkthrough stays as it is.

Both tools are free and work without an account.
