Current Omi Pro subscriptions still receive the retired Unlimited label from the backend catalog and two admin reporting mappings. Use Omi Pro consistently, regenerate the canonical catalog projection, and retain existing billed IDs and entitlements.
Validation: 71 backend subscription/catalog tests and 49 admin service tests passed. Catalog compatibility/freshness checks and make preflight passed. Mobile and web customer-facing name helpers already render Omi Pro. Stripe's current product name was independently corrected and read back in production; this PR carries the matching source labels.
