TEMP verify profile health block
Temporary PR to verify branch protection blocks a failing profile-health-check. Will be closed after verification.
[!NOTE]
Low Risk
CI and a temporary broken markdown fence in the profile README; no production or auth paths affected, and the README break is meant to be reverted after verification.
Overview
Introduces automated profile validation for the org GitHub profile: a new profile-health-check GitHub Actions workflow (Python 3.12) runs scripts/profile_health_check.py on PRs to main, path-filtered pushes, and manual dispatch when profile/**, the script, or the workflow changes.
The new script checks profile/README.md (size, required h1/a/img, links, balanced markdown fences/emphasis, local images) and validates logo.png (512×512, size cap) and hero.png (min width, aspect ratio, size cap), including live HTTP checks for outbound links.
This PR also adds an intentional defect to profile/README.md—an unclosed ``` fenced block—so the health check fails and branch protection can be verified before the change is reverted.
