Overview
Adds CI gating for the org profile: a new profile-health-check GitHub Actions workflow (Python 3.12) runs scripts/profile_health_check.py on PRs to main, pushes, and manual dispatch when profile/**, the script, or the workflow file change.

The new script validates profile/README.md (required HTML tags, link/image presence, markdown balance, local image paths) and live HTTP checks on outbound links, plus PNG rules for logo.png (512×512, size cap) and hero.png (min width, aspect ratio, size cap).

Intentionally for testing: profile/README.md changes the main link from https://www.ara.so to https://example.invalid/ara-health-block-test, which should fail the link check and block merge under branch protection.
