#561 feat(types): accept Buzz in typed agent spawn

Summary

• Accept buzz in the typed agent spawn CLI schema and OpenAPI enum while retaining Muse and Devin from current main.
• Update the schema alignment test, README, and release notes.

The Relaycast hosted spawn path already routes capabilities advertised by a node; this change makes Buzz a valid typed API choice once Agent Relay Desktop advertises spawn:buzz.

Adds buzz to the typed agent spawn CLI allowlist so POST /v1/agents/spawn, SDK spawn calls, and related validators accept it alongside the existing harness names.

CliTypeSchema / SpawnAgentRequestSchema in @relaycast/types and the OpenAPI cli enum are updated together, with a schema test and README/changelog notes that dispatch still requires a node advertising the matching spawn capability—this change only legalizes the API value, not install or routing by itself.
