docs(changelog): realign CHANGELOG.md with shipped history; adopt release-level [Unreleased] headings
Summary
Audited the root CHANGELOG.md against actual git release history (per-release chore(release) commit ranges, verified by three parallel reviewers) and fixed every misalignment found:
- 10.1.0: the curated entries were stranded in
[Unreleased]while raw commit subjects were dumped under the[10.1.0]heading. Moved the curated entries (all verified to have shipped in 10.1.0) under the release, dropped the duplicate stubs and the release-only "Reconcile [Unreleased] with what actually shipped" bullet.[Unreleased]is now empty. - 9.1.4: the entry claimed a
@relaycast/sdk^4.1.2pin; the release actually made the v4→v5 major bump (^5.0.5, broker crate 5.0.2, Python 0.3.0, Swift 5.0.5) with theagents.release→invocation change. That sentence was also mis-filed under 10.0.0 — moved to 9.1.4 where it shipped. - 8.8.3: fixed the truncated bullet ("Add --cwd flag to local agent spawn and new") — the flag applies to
local agent spawnandnew— and added the codex model-fallback fix that shipped in the same PR. - 3.0.2: its body was a byte-identical copy of 2.3.16's notes; the release contains zero commits beyond the version renumber. Replaced with a "republish of 2.3.16 under the 3.x line" note.
Everything else verified accurate: 10.0.0 and 9.1.5–9.2.4 entry-by-entry against their commit ranges; all heading dates match release-commit dates; version ordering, section names, and heading format are clean file-wide.
Also adopts the relaycast changelog convention in AGENTS.md (CLAUDE.md symlinks to it): the first pending user-visible change sets the heading to [Unreleased - Patch], [Unreleased - Minor], or [Unreleased - Major] by SemVer impact; the level ratchets upward monotonically; cutting a release restores a bare empty [Unreleased]. Since HEAD is the v10.1.0 release with nothing after it, the current bare empty [Unreleased] is the correct state.
Test Plan
- Tests added/updated
- Manual testing completed
Docs-only change. Every correction was verified against the release commit ranges in git history (clone unshallowed to reach the 8.x/3.x-era commits); no code paths affected.
