Add minimal Cloud session list dashboard

Adds a minimal React/Vite dashboard at /dashboard/: the existing Agent Relay logo and dark palette, the current workspace, and a list of Cloud sessions. Rows open the existing Cloud conversation. Refresh and cursor-based Load more are the only controls.

Authentication uses the existing HttpOnly browser cookie through same-origin /cloud/api; signed-out visitors go to the real marketing /login page. Cloud's dev launcher owns Vite and marketing's gateway rewrite. There is no separate login flow, developer-token proxy, sample-data mode, sidebar, filter system, UI component framework, or client router.

Validation

  • npm run check: lint, four focused auth/list tests, TypeScript, production build.
  • Initial JS bundle: ~305 kB raw / 93 kB gzip.
  • Live gateway at http://localhost:3100/dashboard restored the existing cookie and displayed four sessions from Cloud's development API. Fresh OAuth is not claimed as tested.
  • Errors are kept distinct from empty lists; conversation links preserve workspace, source and session ID.
