Summary

Adds the Teams landing page with dashboard and session concepts, reusable workflow and collaboration sections, integration tiles, and a team discovery call. Workflows appear before messaging, and the collaboration and cloud copy includes the latest edits.

Teams signup links start Google authentication through Cloud. Legacy onboarding URLs redirect to Cloud with validated machine, workspace, and account context. Navigation, footer, sitemap, and analytics include Teams.

Includes a development-only loopback Cloud proxy, a native probe installer with checksum verification, and a local binary staging script. Native binaries and local dependencies are excluded.

Validation

  • Production Next.js build passed (445 static pages).
  • Web unit tests: 97 passed.
  • Router unit tests: 72 passed.
  • TypeScript: tsc --noEmit -p web/tsconfig.json passed.
  • Installer shell syntax and staging-script JavaScript syntax passed.
  • git diff --cached --check passed.

Rollout dependencies

Cloud must provide the Teams connect route and signup cohort handling described in docs/teams-onboarding.md. Native probe downloads require separately prepared platform binaries. Live OAuth and native installation were not exercised. Local checks used the existing dependency installation (Next.js 16.2.10); CI should validate the committed lockfile.

Requires the repository's two recorded reviews before merge, including one from another agent. Deployment and binary release remain subject to human and CMO gates.

Adds a public /teams marketing landing page with team-focused copy, concept screenshots, reusable home/Flows sections (workflows, messaging, integrations, design-partner CTA), and hero terminal avatars. Sign up for free CTAs use teamsCloudUrl to start Google auth at Cloud with next=/teams/connect (production via /cloud or NEXT_PUBLIC_CLOUD_URL).

Wires Teams into SiteNav, SiteFooter, sitemap, analytics, and new Teams OG metadata plus a Playwright generation script. Shared landing components gain optional props (DeploymentCall, DurableWorkflowFeature items, MessagingFeature intro, FlowFileAnimation agent variant, ContextCapabilities title).

For local Teams dev, adds npm run dev:teams and a development-only loopback /cloud/* proxy when CLOUD_DEV_ORIGIN is set. Documents Cloud cohort behavior (signup_source, dashboard v2) in docs/teams-cloud-signup.md.

Also ships a checksum-verified web/public/install.sh for the native agent-relay-probe, scripts/stage-probe.mjs for local binary staging (gitignored under web/public/downloads/), a /will calendar redirect, and pins esbuild in web devDependencies.
