Refine Flows headline typography and workflow copy
Adjust the Flows hero headline to Sora weight 500, a 4.2rem maximum size, 1.05 line height, and -0.03em letter spacing. Existing mobile sizing remains intact.
Replace the workflow heading with “Agents can ignore instructions.” followed by an explicit line break and “Flows can’t.” Update its accessible label and allow MessagingFeature titles to accept React content.
Validation: TypeScript passed (tsc --noEmit --incremental false -p web/tsconfig.json); git diff --check passed. Based on current main after the merge of #68.

Overview
Updates the Flows landing page hero and workflow messaging, plus a small layout fix for sticky navigation.
The hero h1 is tuned to weight 500, a slightly larger max size (4.2rem), 1.05 line height, and -0.03em letter spacing. Horizontal overflow on .page switches from hidden to clip so decorative overflow is clipped without turning the page into a scroll container that breaks sticky nav behavior.
The workflow block replaces “Skills make suggestions. Flows enforce steps.” with “Agents can ignore instructions.” / “Flows can’t.”, with matching aria-label and a MessagingFeature title that can be React content (line break). SiteNav on /flows no longer passes hideLinks, so standard nav links show again on this page.
