Bumps the software-factory recommended-flow source pin v2.0.26 → v2.0.42 (3c58ee16, sha256 4339c0c4…).

Turns on the relayflow-review verdict + claim/handoff comment (new in v2.0.34) and clears the stale-pin drift behind the missing GitHub Fixes #<n> closing keyword. catalogVersion 4→5 + verifier bumped in lockstep; software-factory entry version 3→4. Babysitter left on v2.0.26 (blocked/inactive).

verify-recommended-flow-catalog.mjs passes (live tag + raw-byte hash).
