fix(config): preserve template path on set

Summary

  • preserve templatePath when commit-echo config set updates unrelated keys
  • add templatePath to the supported config set keys
  • validate that a configured template path exists before saving it
  • add regression coverage for preserving, updating, and rejecting missing template paths

Closes #283

Test Plan

  • npm run build
  • node --test tests/config-command.test.mjs
  • npm run format:check
  • git diff --check

Also ran npm test; the full suite had two existing environment/interactive E2E failures around unstaged-change prompts/show-diff output, while the config-focused regression suite passed.
